New Urgent Care Center Opens
BayCare Urgent Care recently opened its new location at 2016 E. S.R. 60 in Valrico. Flu shots are available for $25 (while supplies last) with no appointment necessary. Addiction Seminar Held at Mathnasium Math Learning Center
Dan Cosby, a Certified Addictions Professional and ordained Pastor, will present on being proactive and looking for signs of potential problems. Addictions can range from video games to smartphones, or shopping, alcohol, drugs, gambling and more. Cosby endured an 18-year addiction in his family as his son started using at age 14. One doesn’t have to be addicted or have an addicted loved one for this presentation to be meaningful.Through the presentation, participants will learn how to avoid or address addiction in their own family and then encourage community leaders to confront the issues.
