In early May, representatives from Newland Communities, developers of FishHawk Ranch, Optimal Outcomes and Precise Construction gathered for the groundbreaking of FishHawk HealthPark, a new 22,600-sq.-ft., garden-style medical building that will house multi-specialty physician and dental offices and Rejuvenation Spa, which is relocating and expanding its services to include a day spa.

FishHawk HealthPark will be located on the corner of FishHawk Boulevard and Skytop Drive, next to the Village Center, just east of the Mosaic Headquarters. Village Center is an 87,000-sq.-ft. retail project in the commercial town center of Circa FishHawk Ranch. Construction on FishHawk HealthPark is expected to be complete by the end of 2015 or early 2016.

“The central location and variety of services planned will offer great convenience and ease of access for residents in the FishHawk Ranch community and surrounding areas,” said Tom Panaseny, Vice President of Operations for Newland Communities

“We’re excited to have FishHawk HealthPark join our community,” he added.

While other tenants could not be announced at press time, Jason Scott, Asset Manager with Optimal Outcomes said, “FishHawk HealthPark has already attracted the attention of several medical groups who have committed to join us at this location. We have a few spaces left and fully expect to open at 100 percent capacity.”

Rejuvenation Spa, currently located in Riverhills at 4327 Lynx Paw Trail, offers massage and skin care. Its newly expanded location will include a day spa offering added services. Call 813-643-8266 or visit www.rejuvenationspafl.com for more information.
