Seussical the Musical involves a large cast. All of the actors are from the community and are incredibly talented.

Gail Pierce with the Village Players said, “Many grew up with Dr. Seuss books. The generations that followed also enjoyed the animated movies. This is definitely family entertainment at its best.” Pierce added, “We hope our patrons will leave the theatre with a smile on their face, humming a tune and recalling memories from their childhood.”

Todd Barber directs the show. Barber said, “Directing Seussical the Musical is a way to get creative and bring to life the well-known Dr. Seuss characters from the beloved books.” Barber added, “I want our patrons to sit back and enjoy the fantasy of Seussical the Musical and watch the characters come to life. The show is fun, funny and whimsical.” This is definitely a show for the whole family to enjoy together. Pierce said, “It’s a family night out together sharing childhood memories with friends and family.”

Tickets for Opening Night Dinner and a Show are $30. All proceeds from this night will go toward renovation and maintenance of the historical James McCabe Theatre.
