Kim Zerr, owner of Pinch A Penny Boyette/FishHawk, and store manager, Stacey Mayo and the rest of the crew are here to serve all of your retail, repair and cleaning needs. Pinch A Penny Boyette/FishHawk is celebrating five years of service to the community.

When you want your pool cleaned or pool equipment repaired the right way, the first time, call Kim Zerr or Stacey Mayo at Pinch A Penny Boyette/FH located in the River Springs Town Center at the intersection of Boyette Rd. and Bell Shoals Rd. Zerr, the affable owner of the Pinch A Penny Boyette/FishHawk knows when something is done correctly because she worked in the field on the very same projects for two years.
Zerr has held both the Florida State Contractor’s License (allows her to service pools and spas) and Florida Gas License (for LP or natural gas heaters) for over four years. All of the Field Techs and Repair Specialists are highly trained and work in house for Zerr. “Everyone is cross-trained which means that the person who cleans your pool has training to detect potential problems and get them fixed before it turns into a major repair,” said Zerr.
Because of Zerr’s commitment to excellence, the Pinch A Penny Boyette/FishHawk is a Platinum Warranty Store for all major repairs. Zerr explained, “If a customer calls the 800 number, it is likely that they will dispatch an employee from the Pinch A Penny Boyette/FishHawk location.”
With a huge parts inventory on site, Zerr and her staff not only have what is needed, but they have the expertise to fix any problem related to your pool.
“We are a one stop shop. We offer retail items in a colorful, bright, welcoming and clean store. We also offer cleaning services and repairs,” added Zerr. “Pools are a huge investment. We want our customers to feel confident with their pool. That is why we offer ‘Pool School,'” added Mayo. “I will come out to your house and walk you through each piece of equipment so you know how it operates,” explained Mayo.
