Lisa Hart is a licensed medical aesthetician with over 17 years experience. She is now offering her aesthetic services at Dr. Monica Rivera’s Sunshine State Family Care located in FishHawk’s Park Square.

Hart offers HydraFacials, Facials, Chemical Peels, Dermaplaning and Microdermabrasion.

She will be offering complimentary consultations, facial specials and Dr. Zein Obagi’s new line of products, ZO Skin Health, which is a more diverse product line that has products that work well for teens, young adults and those with mature skin needs.

Hart keeps herself up to date with the latest in skincare technology. Her advanced training includes courses at the International Dermal Institute, Advanced Skin Medical, Obagi, and ZO training. She also has advanced clinical skincare training, clinical peel training, as well as European Massage techniques.

Hart has chosen to work at Dr. Rivera’s FishHawk medical practice.

“I worked with a prominent dermatologist and plastic surgeon in Sarasota, but I am the mother of young children and wanted to be closer to home,” she noted.

Hart prefers working in a medical practice instead of in a spa environment.

“I prefer medical aesthetics because I feel I am helping people more with healing their skin rather than just providing a relaxing treatment,” she commented.

According to Dr. Rivera, the reason why she wanted to include medical aesthetics to her list of services was so that Sunshine State Family Care would also be able to offer a holistic approach to its patients.

“Our patients will look as good on the outside as they feel on the inside,” she said.

Hart’s hours are Wednesday 8 a.m.-5 p.m. and Friday 12 Noon-5 p.m.

Sunshine State Family Care is located at 16144 Churchview Dr., Ste. 109 in Lithia. For more information or to schedule an appointment with Hart, call 540-5110.
