Owner and Head Chef Topp Saenngarm from Chai Yo Thai Cuisine brings together the perfect combination of flavors for a Thai dish. Guests at Chai Yo Thai Cuisine, which is located in Riverview, can experience the true Thai culture and cuisine. “Chai Yo” means cheers in the Thai language.

Chai Yo Thai Cuisine has been in operation since October of 2008. In February of 2015, Chai Yo Thai Cuisine opened a mobile food trailer in Seminole Heights. The trailer was at the 2015 Florida State Fair where it featured Ramen Pizza.

“Individuals who are in the Seminole Heights area can also consume Chai Yo Thai Cuisine food,” said Saenngarm.

Chai Yo Thai Cuisine is open for lunch and dinner. Both the lunch and dinner menu has an array of food items and drinks that guests can choose from. Their beverage selection includes a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Bud Light, Stella and Singha are just a few of the many beers the restaurant carries. The restaurant also has a mixture of white and red wines as well. The list of food items includes soups, appetizers, rice and noodles, curries and much more.

“Red Curry is my favorite and everything here is fresh,” said Saenngarm.

Furthermore, the restaurant offers daily specials and discounts such as buy one entrée and get another half off, spend $25 and get $5 off, and spend $50 and get $10 off your bill. A 10 percent military discount is offered to those who present a valid identification. Online ordering, delivery, take-out and catering are a few of the services the restaurant provides.

“I just want to thank the community and local businesses for their support,” said Saenngarm.
