Néktər offers a variety of healthy treats for anyone to enjoy.

Residents can keep their eyes peeled for an exciting addition to the area that will no doubt be a crowd-pleaser. Néktər Juice Bar, which will be located at 3482 Lithia Pinecrest Rd. in Valrico, will offer refreshing options to those seeking a healthier lifestyle or simply craving a delicious snack.

With an estimated opening in late August/ early fall, Néktər will offer many healthy choices including fresh juices, acai bowls, smoothies, and different juice cleanses. Grab ‘n go’s will also be on the menu-quick, nutritious cold-pressed bottled drinks for busy customers to take with them. Customers will be able to choose everything from protein-rich nut milks and cold brew-coffee to classic juices and even skinny lemonades.

One of Néktər’s original products includes Skoop by Néktər, described as “a healthy and decadent frozen treat that is dairy-free, gluten-free, free of refined sugars and preservatives, and offered in rotating flavors year-round.” The newest flavor, Vegan Coconut Vanilla, will be a great alternative for those following a different lifestyle.

Scott Hileman, the local franchisee for Néktər, chose the area for a reason. “The Lithia/Valrico area was the place where we really wanted to be. I think the heathy lifestyle there really matches our product,” he said.

A former professional soccer player with a background in real estate, Hileman was initially drawn to Néktər as a consumer. “I really care about what I put in my body, so I tried it out, and I took my kids and they loved it. I looked into it a little bit deeper and I really liked what the company was all about,” he said.

Hileman hopes to inspire others through Néktər. “We’re trying to offer a healthy, affordable product that families and everyone can enjoy. I thought it would be a great way to encourage people to continue on that pathway to a healthy lifestyle,” he said.

Néktər plans on becoming part of the community as well, Hileman added. “We’re excited to get involved with community organizations, from soccer clubs in schools to churches. We’re looking to solidify partnerships with schools and have fundraisers for schools and communities and really give back,” he said.

Hileman not only plans to develop in Valrico, but in different areas including Tampa. “I expect to have four of them open by the end of the year,” he said.
