KJ Miles will help you get Fit for L.Y.F.E. Classes, and mobile personal training options are available.

Fit for L.Y.F.E. (Love Your Fitness Endlessly) is an exciting new instructional fitness training program offered by long-time Brandon resident, Kyron ‘KJ’ Miles. The goal of the fitness pro-gram is to help you become the best you can possibly be. It is designed to constantly push you to new levels while achieving the goals you establish.

When asked why he started Fit for L.Y.F.E., Miles replied, “It’s my personal goal to help prevent chronic illness, disease, and stress, ensuring longevity and prosperity in my clients’ futures.”

Miles offers outdoor fitness class-es Sunday mornings at 10 a.m. at the JC Handly Complex tennis court on Kings Ave. in Brandon. The fitness class includes exercises such as Cardio Abs, Body Toning Boot Camp, Booty Blast and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training).

For those wanting one-on-one personal training, fitness trainer Miles will work with you to achieve your goals whether its weight loss, strength training, sports specific, stretching, mobility or psychology of fitness. As a mobile fitness coach, Miles will come to you and train you around your schedule.

For example, Miles has worked with clients needing to pass a fitness test for a college scholarship, and although the work is hard, he makes sure that it is also fun.

With so many fitness options avail-able, Miles said he started Fit for L.Y.F.E. so that people could love their fitness routines forever. He wants them to enjoy working hard while seeing results, noting that at times there will be challenges but it is worth it.

“I want people to love who they are and know that we are enhancing what they want to show, not changing who they are. In doing so, they will learn to love themselves forever,” he noted.

Miles graduated from USF in 2017 with his BS in Biomedical Sciences and a BA in Psychology. He is also a former Division I and II athlete.
