The days of the hometown doctor that makes house calls are back! And, in this case, not just the doctor himself, but the entire practice, including Registered Nurse and caring staff are all at your service.

With Concierge Care Tampa Bay, patients become VIP members and for a flat fee of $2,500 per year, have full access to the doctor, including his personal cell phone number. The fee includes all visits, including home and office visits, exams and labs for the year and is a brand new concept in patients taking control of their own health care.

The practice is run by Dr. Chris Nussbaum, M.D., an Internal Medicine doctor with more than 25 years of experience in the area and a fellow of hospital medicine who created the concept himself based on his years of working directly in the field. Dr. Nussbaum is attempting to bring small personalized health care back with his all access, one annual fee, doctor/patient relationship with Concierge Care Tampa Bay. “Patients pay less than what they pay for their cell phone and their cable bill each month and they have unlimited access to me,” says Dr. Nussbaum.  Instead of red tape and long waits, patients signing up with Dr. Nussbaum and his team will have immediate access to the doctor, the nurse, and have results quickly.  Concierge patients become super VIP’s; they have the Doctor’s personal cell phone and are encouraged to call at any time. Same-day appointments are the standard, home visits and executive visits in the workplace or on the go are available. Other  benefits include 24/7 doctor access, records available to patients online, home visits, all lab draws, nutrition and wellness services, as well as preventative care.  When emergency services or hospitalization are required, the doctor is with you from start to finish.  Concierge Care welcomes insurance options including those with Medicare and certain PPOs.  And for those that want something a little less comprehensive, other plans are available starting at $75 per month which may include fees for some services.

“The best thing to do,” describes Navy Veteran and Director of Operations Cruz Burgos, “is to make a free “Look-See” appointment and meet the doctor.” In addition to VIP and lower plans, industry plans and couple and family rates are available.

Concierge Care Tampa Bay has two local offices including 510 Vonderburg Drive, Suite 213, Brandon, FL and an additional location in Sun City Center. Otherwise, the doctor comes to you! Call 689-2961 or visit www.conciergecaretb.com for more information.
