HOAFishHawk-RanchMarket Day Returns to FishHawk Ranch

FishHawk Ranch will kick off its farmers’ market season on Sunday, October 5 at Park Square from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Over 40 unique artists will attend on the first Sunday of each month from October through May. Items for sale will include fresh produce and one-of-a-kind hand-crafted products.

Fall Community Garage Sale

The FishHawk Ranch semi-annual fall community garage sale will take place on Saturday, October 18 from 8 a.m.-12 Noon. Residents interested in participating as a merchant no longer need to register. This is now a free event to participate in. There will be a Goodwill Suncoast Industries donation truck set up at Park Square, the Osprey Club and Hawk Park to take donations during and after the garage sale until 3 p.m. Contact the Resident Services Office at 657-6629 with questions. This is a rain of shine event.

Meet the Candidates, Know the Issues

On Wednesday, October 8 attend the Palmetto Club’s “Candidates Meet & Greet” at 7 p.m. This Meet & Greet will help the community learn more about the candidates they are voting for. This is a free community event designed to enlighten the voters of Precinct 701. All candidates, regardless of party affiliation or political views, running for public office on the national, state or local level in Hillsborough County have been invited to come and meet the people they wish to represent. The Meet & Greet will be in the Grand Ballroom. Candidates will speak briefly about their qualifications and goals if elected. Celebrate Fall in FishHawk Ranch

On Saturday, October 25 welcome in the fall season with a fun-filled day of good, old-fashioned entertainment at Park Square.

The celebration will feature a children’s costume parade, pie eating contest, mini pumpkin decoration, candy apples, cider, music and more.

Children through age 12 are invited to participate in the costume parade that begins at 12 Noon. Following the costume parade is the pie eating contest for children at 1 p.m. and adults at 1:30 p.m. A special treat will be given to each winner.

The fun continues with the pumpkin decoration. Pumpkins will be available for purchase, where guests can select and decorate it.
