It is summer and that means it is time to gather with our friends and families over good food, celebrating weddings, graduations or any other momentous occasion. That is where Cater Tampa comes in.

Cater Tampa offers full scale catering services for just about any personal or corporate event that comes to mind. Owner Adam Harris is happy to bring his expert catering service back to the area, offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus for just about any taste.
Harris has worked in the food industry since he was just 12 years old and took a job at Village Inn. Over the decades he has dabbled in just about every aspect of the food business including owning several restaurants, nightclubs and working under a five-star Cordon Bleu™ chef in the 1980’s.

Harris was the owner of All Events Catering from 1995 until 2010. When the economy collapse became too much, he had to close his doors. Harris turned to restaurant consulting for the next seven years. Now he’s back doing what he loves with his newest endeavor, Cater Tampa.

“I missed catering,” he said. “Catering is a unique animal. There are always new things to overcome, new people to meet and new venues to attend,” he added.

In addition to traveling to private venues, Harris also has a banquet space in Valrico which seats up to 120 people. Since Cater Tampa opened in February, Harris has already taken on large corporate clients including HCC and has catered events like the Brandon Swim & Aquatic Center’s fundraising event.

Cater Tampa offers an extensive menu with dozens of entrees and an almost unlimited variety of appetizers. Harris says what sets his company apart from others is his vast amount of experience. “I’ve catered over 600 weddings,” he said. “I’ve even assisted in hurricane relief, serving 6,000 breakfast, lunch and dinners daily,” he added.

Cater Tampa is ready to assist in your next corporate event, birthday or anniversary celebration or ‘just because’ special event.

Cater Tampa’s event space is located at 1903 E. SR 60, Ste. F in Valrico. For more information on its services or to rent space, please visit www.catertampa.com or call 906-0222.
