Join other residents and support the arts by attending Center Place's upcoming Bet-A-Buck. This fastpaced game of chance that combines a raffle, auction and bingo, will be held on Friday, September 21 beginning at 6:30 p.m. at Center Place in Brandon.

Center Place of Brandon will hold one of its signature events in September. The special event is its fun, fastpaced fundraising event, BetA-Buck. The event will be held on Friday, September 21 beginning at 6:30 p.m. at Center Place located at 619 Vonderburg Dr. in Brandon. “Join us for an exciting, fastmoving game of chance,” said Lisa Rodriguez, Marketing Director for Center Place.

“Bet-A-Buck is a fast moving game of chance on a live auction. This fun combination of raffle, auction and bingo fundraiser (with a few surprises thrown in) is just what you need to end your week with a win. You can win a lot for a little,” explained Rodriguez.

Bet-A-Buck is for adults only. The cost to attend is $20 per person or you can get your friends together and sponsor a table for eight for just $200. Space is limited so get your tickets today by visiting Center Place Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

“We will have a wide variety of items, ranging from restaurant gift cards, family
fun entertainment, themed baskets, golf packages, oil changes, gas cards to salon experiences and more. There will be something for everyone,” said Rodriguez.

In addition to getting your auction paddle which gives you the opportunity to bid on these fantastic items, attendees can enjoy delicious food and drinks.

Bet-A-Buck is a great way to help fund a Brandon institution. Center Place is a 501(c )(3) non-profit that has been serving the greater Brandon community for over 40 years. “Center Place provides quality art instruction to children and adults, live children’s theatre productions, monthly art gallery exhibitions, and special community events throughout the year. Help us to continue this mission,” said Rodriguez.

“The arts play an important role in our society by enriching our community,” added Rodriguez.
