Christian Business ConnectionS Brandon Prayer breakfast

BRANDON, FL –CHRISTIAN BUSINESS CONNECTIONS (CBC) of Brandon, FL will be hosting the Brandon Prayer Breakfast Monday April 19th, 2010 at Bell Shoals Baptist Church in Brandon from 8:00-10:00 a.m. Guest speaker Tammy Holmberg, Chick-Fil-A and 2008-09 Honorary Mayor of Brandon, will present “You Can’t Out Give God“.

The purpose of the Prayer Breakfast is to provide an opportunity for all Christian business people to come together and listen to an inspirational message, pray for our community and network with other Christian business people in a way that honors our Lord.

Tammy and Paul Holmberg are the owners of Chick-fil-A Lake Brandon Village. They have been married for 26 years and are blessed with four children Amber, Caleb, Luke & Jake. She is an advocate for children and has spent thousands of hours volunteering in schools, churches and civic organizations. She is President of Brandon South Rotary, past president & current board member of Center Place Fine Arts & Civic Center in Brandon and The Honorary Mayor of Brandon 2008-09.

Holmberg lives servitude through her business and throughout the community. “I often am asked why I do so much in the community”, said Holmberg. “Most people assume I do it because it’s ‘good for business’. Yes it probably has been a good business move but that has nothing to do with it. It is our responsibility to give back to the community. As business owners we have been blessed with the ability to make a difference. I believe the key to a successful life is to give expecting nothing in return. “

Holmberg will present an inspirational message “You Can’t Out Give God”. She will share how this is lived in Chick-Fil-A as a corporation and how they have brought this alive in their franchise.
