Eddie Willis, owner of 20/20 Window Cleaning has recently announced the launch of his newest business, 20/20 Soft Wash. Willis explains that his original business and new business are complimentary and offer customers a total exterior cleaning solution.
“I started 20/20 Window Cleaning in 2004 and just added a sister company to my organization called 20/20 Soft Wash at the end of 2017,” said Willis. “We offer complete exterior cleaning solutions for both residential and commercial clients.”
The combination of both businesses offers customers a variety of cleaning choices including: roof cleaning, window cleaning, house washing, driveway cleaning, pool cage cleaning and many more exterior surfaces.
Willis is a native Floridian, born and raised in the Polk County area. He received his Bachelors degree from Troy University and a Masters from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. After working in Atlanta for 13 years he returned to Florida and eventually founded his window washing company.
“My favorite part of running my business is the people,” said Willis. “It has always been a great feeling to see the expressions of happiness on the faces of our clients when we have completed cleaning their homes. There is always a drastic difference in the before and after results once we are finished.”
Willis is proud that the professionalism of his company is one of the first things people notice. “When we provide an estimate, we don’t just write a few numbers on a piece of paper,” said Willis. “We have a complete proposal package that contains a cover letter, a list of references and their phone numbers, a certificate of liability insurance, proof of background checks on all of our associates, before and after pictures of jobs and then the estimate itself.”
