Sharon Silver, former Osprey Observer ad representative, having worked more recently at The Palmetto Club, opened her own catering company, called The Catering Company.

She offers a variety of menu options including the Holiday Dinner menu, Traditional Picnic menu, the Perfect Wedding menu, the Spanish menu and the Hawaiian menu.

Her menus can accommodate small groups of 25 people, all the way up to 100 or more people.

All tables, linens, skirting, equipment and décor for food and drink tables is included in her pricing. Servers and bartenders are available for $55 each for a four-hour event, including cleanup.
