FishHawk Ranch recently announced that Centex will serve as a preferred builder for the master-planned community’s newest neighborhood, Starling.

With models opening mid-August and a presale program beginning mid- to late-May, Centex will offer seven different three- and four-bedroom floor plans, with sq. footage ranging from 1,928-3,289, including the Monterey, the Rutherford, the Trentino, the Windsor, the Bellevue, the Sierra and the Montelena models.  Homes will be priced from the low $200,000s.

As part of FishHawk Ranch, the Starling neighborhood will offer parks and trails that connect the residents of Starling to the FishHawk County Sports Complex, the ELAPP property surrounding the neighborhood and all of the planned Starling amenities which will include the FishHawk Ranch Tennis Center and the Starling Club.

The FishHawk Ranch Welcome Center and 12 model homes are open Monday – Saturday from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. and Sunday from 12 Noon-6 p.m.
