Recognized for Hawk Creek Reserve’s Brookwood Model in Lithia, Bartlett Custom Homes took the Grand Prize Award in the 2009 Parade of Homes, sponsored by the Tampa Bay Builders Association in early May. In the single-family home category for homes ranging in $940,000 – $990,000, the Brookwood floor plan at Hawk Creek Reserve took the Grand Award. This 4,998-sq.-ft. custom home features six bedrooms, four baths, a three-car garage and was priced at $944,900.
