There are few purchases that are as intimidating as buying a home. One thing that can make this process easier is finding a real estate professional that can be trusted to know the ins and outs of the market and be on your side during the deal. Rich Kemper of Keller Williams Realty says he is that person. Kemper’s office services the Brandon area, including Apollo Beach, Lithia, Riverview and Valrico.

Kemper moved to the Riverview area in 1999 after quitting a corporate sales job in Chicago.  “I became disillusioned with corporate America,” he said.  After the move he opened a successful Home Inspection Services franchise and began buying and selling properties. This sparked excitement towards a new venture. “I have always had a passion for real estate, and in 2008 I decided to become a real estate agent.” He admitted that starting his career during the time of the real estate market crash was challenging, but says that it has been rewarding.

A wide range of services are offered through Kemper’s offices, including selling or listing homes, buying a home, relocation – including corporate and military – and sales of land and vacant lots.  He is also an expert on short sales for those in need of this complicated type of transaction.  I am a CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert), Kemper explains. “Banks or lenders have lawyers to deal with foreclosures and I think it is important to make sure my clients are represented with someone who knows how the process works and can help them,” he added.

Kemper said he has a tag line. “I don’t work from 9 to 5. I work from start to finish.”

A normal business day can begin with calls at 7 a.m. and end at 9 p.m. More information on his services can be found at www.fishhawkhomesforsale.com.  He can also be reached by email @ getrichquick2@aol.com or by phone at 777-5332. “I just want people to know that if they are looking for a realtor for life, then they have found someone they can know and trust will take care of all of their real estate needs,”  Kemper concluded.
