Stacey Efaw, Executive Director of ECHO said, “With over 20% of children inFloridaexperiencing food insecurity, it is fitting that children are the models and help us raise money. This is ECHO’s largest annual fundraiser. We could not serve over 11,000 residents each year, half of whom are children, without the support of wonderfully generous residents such as Nicole and her family.”

Over the years, students have come up with innovative ways of raising money including setting up lemonade stands, selling homemade goods and soliciting funds from local businesses.

ECHO will celebrate 25 years of serving area residents in need by providing them with food and clothing on an emergency basis. ECHO is a 501 ( c ) ( 3 ) nonprofit who relies on the generosity of the community.
