When a homebuyer or seller uses the same real estate agents for more than one transaction becoming a repeat customer, that is a telltale sign that those agents are doing something right.

Lithia residents Neil and Caroline Tolley said they have turned to Keller Williams Realty South Shore agents David and Bonnie Harbaugh of The Harbaugh Team on a couple of occasions and they continue to be their go-to real estate professionals when they are buying or selling a home.

The Tolleys met the Harbaughs in 2012 when, after Neil retired from the Army, they returned to Tampa and FishHawk Ranch, where they owned a home in Phase I that was being rented.
“We just got off the plane and didn’t really have a plan,” said Caroline.

They met the Harbaughs at a home in the Garden District they were interested in renting. Caroline distinctly recalls the day, because it was Election Day.

“They made the stressful process of finding a home so much easier,” said Caroline. “Not only do they know their craft but they are just lovely people to work with.”

The Tolleys were so satisfied with the service that when they decided to sell their rental home they called on The Harbaugh Team once again.

“They are professional yet personal as well,” said Caroline. “When my dog got sick and I needed a ride, she didn’t hesitate to pick me up and take me and my dog to the vet’s office.”

Bonnie said it’s that personalization that is important in the real estate industry.

“Our service is personal,” she said. “It’s about relationships and listening to our clients’ goals and providing guidance, counsel, service and attention to detail to achieve those goals.”

With more than 25 years in the real estate industry, The Harbaugh Team is well equipped to help their clients through any transaction, while navigating financial concerns, physical construction and location issues, and closing and regulatory concerns for clear and merchantable title.
