Recognized for Ventura Bay’s Montenero Model in Riverview, the Central Florida division of Pulte Homes took the Grand Award in the 2009 Parade of Homes, sponsored by the Tampa Bay Builders Association in early May.

“Winning the Grand Award in each of the categories we entered is a great accomplishment that can be attributed to the hard work and dedication of our entire homebuilding team,” said Sean Strickler, vice president of sales for Pulte Homes’ Central Florida Division. “Pulte Homes is recognized as a preeminent homebuilder throughout the Tampa Bay area.”

In the multi-family home category for homes ranging in $125,000 – $175,000, the Montenero floor plan at Ventura Bay took the Grand Award. This 1,715-sq.-ft. townhome features three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a two-car garage and a base price of $164,900. The smaller 1,580-sq.-ft. Milan is also available starting from $142,900. Ventura Bay is a gated, maintenance-free community that features a pool and cabana.

Already nearly 70 percent sold out, Ventura Bay has a total of 206 homes planned to be built.
