At times, some homeowners might need to change a window or a door in their home, which could be costly. Ridge Top Exteriors in Tampa gives homeowners the option to participate in their dollar down program.

“The client gives them a dollar down. When the project gets completed to 100 percent of their satisfaction, the client will owe a balance,” said Ridge Top Exteriors Owner Larry Gebhart.
Ridge Top Exteriors opened in March of this year. This 4,900 sq. ft. building became the first store in Florida. It is their sixth location within 14 years. Ridge Top Exteriors began its journey in Madison, Wisconsin. Since then, the business expanded to other locations such as Milwaukee, Wisconsin; Las Cruces, New Mexico; St. Louis, Missouri; and Atlanta, Georgia. Seven employees work at the Tampa location.

Ridge Top Exteriors installs new and replacement home windows and door manufacturers. It offers high quality materials to protect residence and their family from weather and theft. Their brand of EnergyMax consists of energy windows that includes single hung, double-hung and much more. Windows come in multiple colors, styles and configurations. Along with that, homeowners can choose from several unique styles of doors.

“Anything that the client wants, we can provide that for them,” said Gebhart.

In regards to a warranty on windows, Ridge Top Exteriors brought in a private label. The private label provides five diverse styles of windows and it can suit anyone’s budget. The warranty is lifetime and transferrable.

A 10 percent discount can be received for current and former military personal, state and community law enforcement and senior citizens with a valid identification.

“Overall, we want the community to know that we provide a great product for them with our honest and fair prices,” said Gebhart.
